Pedro Cachín is the champion of the first edition of the $15,000 BBVA Future Vila de Xàbia, held from 13 to 18 March 2017. The 21-year-old Argentine defeated Bernabé Zapata Miralles in the singles final 6-3, 6-3.
22 Spaniards headlined the main draw at the Ferrer Tennis Academy in Jávea. David Ferrer and Pablo Andújar also attended the ITF Pro Circuit event, enjoying some practice sessions throughout the week.
