Egor Gerasimov and Tobias Kamke will meet in Sunday’s singles final of the 28th edition of the €43,000 Open Harmonie Mutuelle, held at the Salle Steredenn in Saint Brieuc.

Gerasimov, who battled through the qualifiying, rallied past French teenager Corentin Moutet, winning 4-6, 6-4, 6-3. The 24-year-old from Belarus sent down six aces and converted two of his four break point opportunities to prevail in one hour and 51 minutes.

Kamke, the tournament’s eighth seed, also had to go the distance against Gleb Sakharov of France, winning 7-6, 4-6, 6-0. The 30-year-old German won 70 per cent of his first service points and broke serve six times to advance after two hours and 42 minutes.

Kamke could win his ninth ATP Challenger career title on Sunday, facing Gerasimov for the first time. The Minsk native is looking for his second Challenger crown, his first since Bratislava in November 2015.

Later on Saturday, fourth seeds Andre Begemann of Germany and Frederik Nielsen from Denmark captured the doubles title. The pair defeated David O’Hare from Ireland and Briton Joe Salisbury 6-3, 6-4. The encounter lasted 62 minutes.
