ADELAIDE, January 7, 2018
Henri Leconte and Mansour Bahrami are set to make their return to the World Tennis Challenge from 8 to 10 January 2018 at Memorial Drive.
Leconte and Bahrami will join the field as wildcards for the event following the withdrawal of Andre Agassi earlier this week.
“We are pleased to be welcoming Henri and Mansour back to the World Tennis Challenge. They have long been crowd favourites here in Adelaide and we look forward to having them back next week,” General Manager World Tennis Challenge David Hearne said.
“Playing each night, Henri and Mansour will act as wildcards during the legends doubles matches along with team captains Mark Philippoussis (Team Australia), Mats Wilander (Team International) and Robby Ginepri (Team USA). Each team captain will be able to pick their wildcard doubles player.”
“It all kicks off on Monday with Kids Tennis Day at the Urban Beach with home-town hero Thanasi Kokkinakis and American Frances Tiafoe before Team Australia takes on Team International at Memorial Drive.”
