Nearly 100,000 Attend US Open Fan Week Events

US Open Fan Week drew nearly 100,000 fans to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in 2018, with 96,135 taking in the week’s free festivities in Flushing.

Fan Week began with the start of the four-day US Open Qualifying Tournament on Tuesday, August 21, and lasted through this weekend’s events that included Saturday’s Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day powered by Net Generation and Sunday’s doubles extravaganza.

The week’s full slate of activities also included Wednesday’s Louis Armstrong Stadium dedication ceremony and Queens Day festivities, as well as the first-ever public US Open Media Day on Friday.
