22-year-old Juan Pablo Ficovich is still the man to beat on the ITF Pro Circuit. After his two championships on Brazilian soil, he clinched the title of the Copa Ciudad Vicente Lopez. The tournament at Florida Tenis Club in Buenos Aires was the return of the ITF World Tennis Tour to Argentina, after five events in Pinamar had been cancelled in the last two months.
No. 3 seeded Ficovich stopped the way of top seeded Camila Ugo Carabelli in the all-Argentinean semi-finals in straight sets.
Francisco Cerundolo, who entered the competition on position 2, battled past No. 5 seeded Hernan Casanova in three sets.
Lasting exactly three hours, Buenos Aires native Ficovich claimed an epic 7-5, 6-7, 6-3 victory to lift his ninth clay-court trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M25 Bourg-en-Bresse FRA – Maxime Hamou captures his fourth title of the season
In-form Maxime Hamou is the champion of the Grand Prix de Tennis de Bourg-en-Bresse – Open de l’AIN. The 24-year-old, who was ranked ITF No. 8 as a junior, celebrated his fourth season title on the ITF Pro Circuit.
In the all-French semi-finals, the No. 6 seed rallied past No. 3 seeded Maxime Chazal in straight sets.
Unseeded teenager Kyrian Jacquet stopped the title bid of top seeded Sadio Doumbia in two clear sets.
Striking seven aces in the championship match against his 18-year-old rival, Paris resident Hamou secured a 6-4, 6-7, 6-3 victory after one hour and 58 minutes, to lift his 12th career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M25 Lasne BEL – Jeroen Vanneste clinches back-to-back titles on Belgian soil
Following his title win in Arlon last week, Jeroen Vanneste got the trophy of the Coyote Open BATD Tour 2019, held at Tennis Club d’Odrimont in Lasne.
The 25-year-old Belgian, who did not drop a set during the tournament, made the last step in the top half of the draw in defeating French teenager Rayane Roumane.
No. 4 seeded Jerermy Jahn from Germany fought past Swedish No. 8 seed Markus Eriksson in the semi-finals in two close sets.
Winning 77 per cent of the points on his first service, Vanneste sealed a 6-1, 7-5 victory against his 29-year-old rival after 82 minutes. The Roeselare native celebrated his fifth singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won on clay court.
M25 Cuneo ITA – Jose Hernandez-Fernandez seals win of the favourite
Top seeded Jose Hernandez-Fernandez from the Dominican Republic captured the title of the International Country Club Memorial Molino, hosted at Country Club Cuneo, to lift his ninth overall trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
The 29-year-old battled past Argentinean young gun Tomas Martin Etcheverry in the semi-finals in straight sets.
No. 8 seeded runner-up Francesco Forti from Italy made the last step to the final in knocking off Dutch No. 6 seed Gijs Brouwer in three sets.
The Santo Domingo native Hernandez-Fernandez withstood eight aces from his 19-year-old opponent to get the final win with 6-7, 6-4, 7-5, lasting two hours and 37 minutes.
M25 Bakio ESP – French Laurent Lokoli clinches his second title of the season
The 35° Open Kiroleta „Bakio Udala Saria“ concluded with the victory of Laurent Lokoli. The Corsican did not drop a set during the entire week.
In the stage of the final four, the 24-year-old ITF entry defeated Spanish No. 5 seed Andres Artunendo Martinavarro.
23-year-old Hugo Grenier from France booked the spot in the title match in beating Spanish No. 3 seed Carlos Boluda-Purkiss in straight sets.
Lokoli broke his opponent for three times without losing a service game by the eight break points he faced. After 83 minutes, he sealed a 6-3, 6-3 win to celebrate his eighth singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

“I am happy with this victory because I have gone through bad times and winning in Bakio is very important for me. The level at the tournament was very good,” Lokoli said.
M25 Kunshan CHN – Fajing Sun crowns his perfect week
The M25 Kunshan tournament, hosted at Kunshan Sports Center, culminated in the triumph of Fajing Sun. Additional to his championship in the singles competition, he clinched the doubles title together with his countryman Xin Gao.
The 22-year-old Chinese faced top seeded Tsung-Hua Yang from Chinese Taipei, who was ranked ITF No. 1 as a junior, in the title match.
Lasting 72 minutes, No. 4 seeded Sun capitalized on four of his five break point chances without dropping a service game, to get the final win with 6-2, 6-2. The Shan Xi native celebrated his third trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Saarlouis GER – Teenager Nick Hardt dominates in Saarlouis
18-year-old Nick Hardt clinched the trophy of the Saarland Open 2019, which was held at the Saarlouiser Tennisclub Blau Weiss e.V., without losing a set during the tournament.
The No. 5 seed from the Dominican Republic stopped last German hope Dominic Boehler in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
Top seed Fabrizio Ornago from Italy knocked off Brazilian Bruno Santànna in the semi-finals in two clear sets.
Breaking his opponent in the championship match for five times by losing one service game, IMG-client Hardt secured a 6-0, 6-4 victory after 95 minutes, to lift his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Idanha-a-Nova POR – Nuno Borges captures back-to-back titles on home soil
Nuno Borges prevailed at the Circuito Internacional de Tenis de Idanha-a-Nova I, which was hosted at Clube de Tenis de Idanha-a-Nova.
The 22-year-old Portuguese, who entered the competition on position two, rallied past German No. 7 seed Robert Strombach in the stage of the last four in straight sets.
Tournament’s No. 3 Fred Gil from Portugal defeated his top seeded compatriot Tiago Cacao in the semi-finals in two sets.
After one hour and 52 minutes, Maia native Borges got victorious again from the rematch of last week’s Setubal-final with 3-6, 6-3, 6-2, to lift his sixth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Belgrade SRB – Teenager Marko Miladinovic seals another home win
The M15 Belgrade tournament, which was held at Tipsarevic Tennis Academy, concluded with the title win of Marko Miladinovic.
The 18-year-old local hero, who was ranked No. 2 in ITF Juniors last year, took the last step to the final by benefiting from the retirement of Romanian Bogdan Ionut Apostol at the score of 3-6, 6-3, 3-0.
Fabian Marozsan emerged victorious from the all-Hungarian semi-final against qualifier Gergely Madarasz in three sets.
Converting all of his four break point opportunities by losing one service game, No. 7 seeded Miladinovic secured a 6-3, 6-3 victory after 65 minutes. After his championship last year in Novi Sad, the Belgrade native celebrated his second trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Cancun MEX – First season title for teenager Nicolas Mejia
18-year-old Nicolas Mejia triumphed at the Cancun Tennis Cup, which was held at Cancun Tennis Academy. After his title win at Niceville/Florida last year, he lifted his second trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
The Colombian No. 4 seed, who was ranked No. 4 in ITF Juniors last year, battled past Alexander Lebedev from the United States in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
21-year-old qualifier Nicolas Moreno de Alboran advanced in the all-US American semi-final versus No. 3 seeded Nick Chappell in two sets.
Florida resident Mejia outpointed his rival in two hours and one minute by the score of 79-68, to get the final victory with 6-2, 7-5.
M15 Tabarka TUN – Nicolas Alberto Arreche prevails in Tabarka
24-year-old Nicolas Alberto Arreche is the champion of the Magic Tours tournament, hosted at Thabraca Magic Hotel.
In the stage of the final four, the Argentinean No. 7 seed rallied past his No. 3 seeded compatriot Manuel Pena Lopez in two sets.
French No. 5 seed Quentin Robert knocked off 20-year-old Jakub Paul from Switzerland, who entered the tournament on position two, in straight sets.

M15 Wroclaw POL – Vaclav Safranek victorious in Poland
Vaclav Safranek clinched the trophy of the Wroclaw World Cup 2019, which took place at the Olimpijski Club Tennis and Sports.
The 25-year-old Czech, who was ranked ATP Top 200 two years ago, made the last step to the final in defeating Russian teenager Alexander Shevchenko in straight sets.
Runner-up Petr Nouza from the Czech Republic, who entered the competition on position seven, battled past 18-year-old Russian Alexey Zakharov in the stage of the final four in a tough three-set encounter.

The ITF World Tennis The Hague, held at Sportcentrum de Rhijenhof, was finished by the surprising championship of 23-year-old Matias Zukas.
The unseeded Argentinian emerged victorious from the semi-final clash versus Dutch veteran Igor Sijsling, who entered the tournament on position seven, in three sets.
19-year-old No. 4 seed Ryan Nijboer from the Netherlands benefited from the retirement of French No. 2 seed Geoffrey Blancaneaux in the stage of the last four at the score of 6-1, 2-0.
Santa Fe native Zukas converted five of his six break point opportunities by dropping two service games, to seal 6-4, 6-2 victory after 86 minutes. He lifted his sixth exclusively on clay court achieved trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Pittsburgh USA – Alexander Cozbinov clinches his maiden title
Alexander Cozbinov got the crown of the M15 Pittsburgh tournament, held at Mount Lebanon Tennis Center.
The 24-year-old Moldovan faced Swedish Simon Freund in the title match between two unseeded players.
Capitalizing on seven of his 14 break point chances by losing 5 service games, Cozbinov got the final win with 2-6, 6-2, 6-1 after two hours and 23 minutes, to celebrate his first title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
