M25 Naples USA – Tomas Martin Etcheverry prevails in Florida
The Oracle Pro Series Naples, hosted at the venue of the Academia Sanchez-Casal Florida, concluded with the triumph of Tomas Martin Etcheverry. In addition to his championship in the singles competition, the Argentine captured the doubles trophy together with his countryman Camilo Ugo Carabelli.
The La Plata native edged out No. 3 seeded Javier Barranco Cosano from Spain in the stage of the final four in three sets.
US-American teenager Martin Damm, who entered the tournament with a wildcard, knocked off top seeded Argentine Juan Pablo Ficovich in the semi-finals in straight sets. Damm, who is currently ranked No. 5 in ITF Juniors, is the son of former ATP No. 42 Martin Damm and practices at the IMG Academy in Florida.
No. 8 seeded Etcheverry outpointed his 16-year-old rival 80-78 to prevail 7-6, 7-5 after about two hous. The 20-year-old lifted his fifth clay-court singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his third in 2019.
M15 Austin USA – Collin Altamirano seals home win in Texas
Collin Altamirano got the trophy of the Dropshot LLC Men’s Pro Tennis Open, held at Texas Tennis Center in Austin.
The US-American top seed rallied down No. 5 seeded Ruan Roelofse from South Africa in the stage of the last four in three sets.

Qualifier Jacob Fearnley from Great Britain emerged victorious from the semi-final clash of the 18-year-old teenagers against US-American wildcard entry Siem Woldeab in straight sets.
Winning one point less than his opponent in the title match, 23-year-old Altamirano came back from a set down to claim a 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 win after one hour and 53 minutes. The Sacramento native celebrated his third singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
Of special interest for the home crowd was the all-US-American final in the doubles competition. The reigning US Open junior champions Eliot Spizzirri and Tyler Zink, who entered the tournament on position four, defeated the top seeded tandem Justin Butsch and Ian Dempster by the score of 4-6, 6-3, 10-7.
M15 Heraklion GRE – Mick Veldheer celebrates his maiden trophy
Mick Veldheer emerged victorious at the 15th Lyttos Beach tournament, hosted at Lyttos Beach Tennis Academy in Heraklion.
The No. 7 seed from the Netherlands battled through the bottom half of the draw, beating Vasil Kirkov from the United States in three sets.
Top seeded Russian Bogdan Bobrov fought past Croatian No. 3 seed Matija Pecotic in the semi-finals in straight sets.
In the title match, both players broke serve three times. After two hours and 33 minutes, 23-year-old Veldheer sealed a 7-6, 7-6 win. The Dirksland-born, based at the Estess Tennis Academy of Hakan Dahlbo in Seefeld in Austria, lifted his first singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 East Lansing USA – Daniel Altmaier takes his third trophy of the season
Following his title on US-American soil two weeks ago in Malibu, Daniel Altmaier got the title of the Capital City Tennis Classic, held at MSU Tennis Center in East Lansing/Michigan.
The No. 2 seed emerged victorious from the all-German semi-final clash against No. 4 seeded Lucas Gerch in straight sets.
The tournament’s top favourite Michael Geerts from Belgium made the last step to the final by defeating US-American teenager Cannon Kingsley, who was rankend No. 10 in ITF juniors earlier this season, in the semi-finals in the tiebreak of the final set.
21-year-old Altmaier fired 13 aces in the championship match to earn victory after about two hours with 4-6, 6-3, 6-0. The Kempen native, who has been coached by former ATP No. 61 Francisco Yunis since September, celebrated his eighth career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his third in 2019.

M15 Sarreguemines FRA – Antoine Bellier clinches his second season title
Left-handed Antoine Bellier claimed the trophy of the M15 Sarreguemines tournament, hosted at Tennis Club de Sarreguemines.
The 23-year-old Swiss battled past Thomas Laurent from France in the stage of the last four in straight sets.
German No. 3 seed Tobias Simon, who is the world-record holder with 52 aces in a best-of-three match on the ATP Tour, stopped the good run of French wildcard entry Hugo Schott in the semi-finals in two close sets.
Withstanding 22 aces of his big-serving opponent in the championship match, unseeded Bellier prevailed 6-4, 7-6 after 57 minutes. The Geneva-born celebrated his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour after his maiden title in Arcadia earlier this season.
M15 Sharm El Sheikh EGY – Teenager Alexey Zakharov dominates in Egypt
Alexey Zakharov won the title of the M15 Sharm El Sheikh tournament, held at Soho Square, without dropping a set the entire week.
The 19-year-old Russian eased past No. 5 seeded Marek Gengel from the Czech Republic in the semi-finals.
German qualifier Lucas Hellfritsch took the last step by beating No. 3 seeded Ryan Nijboer from the Netherlands in straight sets.
Moscow-born Zakharov converted four of his 11 break-point chances in the title match without losing a service game to secure a 6-4, 6-1 victory after 78 minutes. After his maiden title on home soil in Moscow earlier this season, the No. 4 seed lifted his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Cancun MEX – Mateus Alves with his debut title
The Cancun Tennis Cup, held at Cancun Tennis Academy, concluded with the championship of Mateus Alves.
The 22-year-old from Sao Jose do Rio Preto advanced from the all-Brazilian semi-final battle versus junior entry Matheus Pucinelli de Almeida in straight sets.
US-American Nick Chappell, the tournament’s eighth seed, made the last step to the final by defeating Mexican No. 6 seed Gerardo Lopez Villasenor in three sets.
Unseeded Alves outpointed his 27-year-old rival 86-83 to get the final victory by the score of 2-6, 6-1, 6-4 after two hours and 53 minutes. He lifted his first ever trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Monastir TUN – Teenager Arnaud Bovy captures his maiden title
19-year-old lefty Arnaud Bovy is the champion of the Magic Tours tournament, hosted at Hotel Skanes Family, to celebrate his first singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
The Belgian No. 6 seed stopped the run of teenaged Spaniard Nicolas Alvarez Varona, who was ranked No. 7 in ITF Juniors earlier this season, in the stage of the final four in three sets.
Ukrainian No. 7 seed Georgii Kravchenko benefited in the semi-finals from the retirement of Clement Geens from Belgium, who was ranked ITF No. 8 as a junior, at the score of 4-1 in the first set.
Liege native Bovy outpointed his rival 83-69 in the title match to secure a 6-1, 3-6, 6-3 victory in about two hours of play.
M15 Antalya TUR – Duje Ajdukovic earns his second title of the season
Teenager Duje Ajdukovic triumphed at the GD Tennis Cup Series, hosted at Kaya Belek Resort Hotel in Antalya.
The 18-year-old Croatian came from the bottom half of the draw, beating left-handed Mircea-Alexandru Jecan from Romania in three sets.
The tournament’s No. 8 Alvaro Lopez San Martin from Spain eased past Brazilian No. 6 seed Gilbert Klier Junior in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Unseeded Ajdukovic converted three of his six break-point opportunities in the championship match without losing a service game to prevail 6-2, 6-4 in 82 minutes. Following his maiden title in Tabarka last month, the Split-born lifted his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
