Nicola Kuhn and Marina Bassols are the champions of the second edition of the MAPFRE Sub’23 National Future Master, organized by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation (RFET) and held at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar de Manacor.
In Saturday’s singles finals, 19-year-old Kuhn from Alicante, who lifted his second ATP Challenger career trophy on home soil in Segovia this season, defeated Bernabé Zapata Miralles 4-2, 2-4, 4-2, 4-1 to clinch the men’s title.

Twenty-year-old Bassols from Girona, who is currently ranked World No. 384 fought past Guiomar Maristany 2-4, 4-1, 4-3, 4-1 in the women’s final.

The tournament was played in the same format as the Next Gen ATP Finals. Each singles champion took away from Mallorca €20,000 in prize money.
