The first UTR Pro Tennis Series Pool A Finals in Melbourne and Brisbane concluded on Thursday.
In Melbourne, Marc Polmans (Vic) took out the men’s title with a 4-6, 6-1, 10-7 win over Alex Bolt (SA), and Destanee Aiava (Vic) defeated Storm Sanders (WA) 6-1, 7-6(9) in the women’s final.

In Brisbane, Jason Kubler (Qld) defeated John-Patrick Smith (Qld) in the men’s final 6-3, 6-2, and Maddison Inglis (WA) defeated Lizette Cabrera (Qld) 6-4, 1-6, 11-9 in the women’s title match.

Pool B events will continue in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, with Adelaide’s first event getting underway this Sunday 5 July, before Perth starts on Tuesday 7 July.
