WASHINGTON, January 26, 2021 (by Michael Dickens)
Former World No. 1 and two-time Australian Open champion Victoria Azarenka has launched a new podcast series, Think About It, through the WTA and Tennis Channel. The six-episode series features “intimate and honest conversations with inspiring guests” dealing with topics such as pressure and mental toughness hosted by the outspoken Azarenka.
A six-minute preview of the first episode, which drops on January 27, features an interview with Trevor Moawad, co-founder of Limitless Minds. It posted on Azarenka’s social media platforms and was shared by the WTA and Tennis Channel on Monday evening.

The 31-year-old Azarenka, one of the “unlucky” 72 players who are under a strict 14-day quarantine, has been unable to leave her hotel room to practice since arriving in Melbourne. That’s because she was deemed as being in close contact with a passenger on her flight from Los Angeles who tested positive for COVID-19.
“Think About It” has been in development for the past nine months, according to Azarenka. The entire series is being released in both audio and video on Tennis Channel and other podcast platforms. Last week, Azarenka said: “I wasn’t planning on releasing it just yet, but being stuck in quarantine, it might be perfect timing. I’m very nervous about it, but also really excited for people to hear and see it.
“I hope you find it a little inspiring in these challenging times.”
