Russia’s Aslan Karatsev will be targeting a deep run at the Astana Open, an ATP 250 tournament in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan as he aims to finish the season strongly and stay in contention for a berth at the 2021 Nitto ATP Finals.
The 28-year-old, currently 12th in the FedEx ATP Race To Turin, will face tough competition in a competitive draw, with home favourite Alexander Bublik, #NextGenATP Italian Lorenzo Musetti and reigning champion John Millman from Australia in action.
Serbian pair Dusan Lajovic and Filip Krajinovic are seeded third and fourth respectively, while Winston-Salem champion Ilya Ivashka from Belarus will aim to continue his recent form.

Hurkacz leads the field in Metz
Top seed Hubert Hurkacz of Poland will try to win his third tour-level title of the season at the Moselle Open, an ATP 250 event in Metz, France as he continues his push to qualify for the 2021 Nitto ATP Finals.
The 24-year-old, currently ninth in the FedEx ATP Race To Turin, will face tough competition from previous champions, emerging talent and established stars, with former World No. 1 Andy Murray, five-time tour-level titlist Alex de Minaur of Australia and Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta competing.
Halle winner Ugo Humbert and 2009 champion Gael Monfils are both seeded and will lead home hopes in northern France, with three-time Metz titlist Gilles Simon also in the draw.
