Brazilian teenager Pedro Boscardin Dias and Argentine Facundo Diaz Acosta will compete in the singles final of the Dove Men+Care Legión Sudamericana Coquimbo Challenger hosted by the Club de Tenis Coquimbo.
In his first semi-final at Challeger level, World No. 452 Boscardin Dias defeated Juan Bautista Torres of Argentina 7-6(3), 6-3. The 19-year-old from Joinville sent down five aces and won 71 per cent of his first-service points to advance to his first Challenger final after exactly two hours of play.

Later in the day, Diaz Acosta beat his compatriot Francisco Comesana 6-1, 6-4. The 21-year-old Buenos Aires native, a winner of three tournaments on the ITF Pro Circuit, capitalized on four of his nine break-point chances to prevail after one hour and 44 minutes.
Both players are seeking their first Challenger crown and will meet for the first time.
In other action on Saturday, top seeds Diego Hidalgo of Ecuador and Cristian Rodriguez from Colombia will take on Murkel Dellien of Bolivia and Peruvian Alexander Merino for the doubles title.
