STUTTGART, May 31, 2017

Tommy Haas will play his first round match at the MercedesCup in Stuttgart on Tuesday, 13 June 2017. This was announced by the organizers of the ATP 250 grass court event held from 10 to 18 June at the Tennis Club Weissenhof.

On the same day Haas’ fellow countrymen Philipp Kohlschreiber, Mischa Zverev, Jan-Lennard Struff and Florian Mayer will also step into action.

The MercedesCup is highlighted by the return of Roger Federer. The 35-year-old Swiss skipped the entire clay court season and will play his first match since beating Rafael Nadal in the final of the Miami Open in early April. It is also his first appearance on European soil this season.
