Tennis Europe and Dunlop have signed a comprehensive partnership deal recognising the manufacturer as the main equipment sponsor of the European Tennis Federation.
The four-year deal, beginning April 1st, marks the beginning of a long-term relationship between the two organisations during which Dunlop and its range of products, including K-Swiss footwear / apparel and the Slinger Bag ball launcher, will be promoted as the Official Products of Tennis Europe.
The partnership has a particular focus on the Tennis Europe Junior Tour, which consists of 450 events for players aged 12, 14 and 16 & under. Held in 46 European nations, it is the world’s leading competitive platform for players of these age groups. Under the terms of the agreement, Dunlop will become:
· Presenting sponsor of Tennis Europe flagship events
· Recommended Ball of the Junior Tour, with discount offers for tournament organisers
· Official Ball of the European Junior Championships and the Junior Masters in Monte-Carlo
Announcing the partnership at Tennis Europe’s 2022 Annual General Meeting in Cascais, Portugal, where leaders from 45 European nations are currently gathered, the organisation’s President Ivo Kaderka said, “We are thrilled to embark on this adventure with Dunlop, one of the sport’s most iconic brands and whose name is synonymous with quality and excellence. With our shared passions for development, innovation, and the nurturing of junior talent, I am sure that this relationship will be a boon for our sport across the region.”
